If I don’t like a product can I exchange it for something else?
Our products go through a complete quality check before the courier. So you can be rest assured about our product quality. However for some reason after you receive the product if you think you don’t like it, you need to intimate us by Email / Official WhatsApp within 24 hours with receipt of the product. Our exchange team will go through the mail and confirm the exchange. Once approved you need to courier the product back to Avishya at the address mentioned in the email from the exchange team. Once the package reaches Avishya and passes the quality check, we initiate a store credit. You can use the store credit to buy a product of same value.
NOTE: Products that have been customized i.e. falls stiched, blouse stiched, kurta stitched or roll ironed will not be eligible for exchange
