The delivery time varies based on your order and delivery location. Our unstitched products – sarees, salwar suit material, etc. ship within 3 to 7 days from order date. After that delivery time varies on the shipping location. Transit time for Metros in India is about 2 to 3 days from shipment date. Other locations, transit time varies from 3 to 7 days depending on distance from Chennai. International shipments take 7 to 14 days from ship date. If you’re adding any other services like fall stitching, blouse stitching to your order, additional 2 to 7 days to the shipment date.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send automated Emails and WhatsApp messages to keep you informed about the shipping status. You can use your tracking ID to monitor the progress of your order. Rest assured, we dispatch your order with care, using reputable courier services such as Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, and DHL for shipping.

Yes, Avishya's pure silk sarees are accompanied by Silk Mark certificates. We are a top seller of handloom products, especially genuine handloom silk sarees with Silk Mark certification.

Our products go through a complete quality check before the courier. So you can be rest assured about our product quality. However for some reason after you receive the product if you think you don’t like it, you need to intimate us by Email / Official WhatsApp within 24 hours with receipt of the product. Our exchange team will go through the mail and confirm the exchange. Once approved you need to courier the product back to Avishya at the address mentioned in the email from the exchange team. Once the package reaches Avishya and passes the quality check, we initiate a store credit.  You can use the store credit to buy a product of same value.

NOTE: Products that have been customized i.e. falls stiched, blouse stiched, kurta stitched or roll ironed will not be eligible for exchange
