Story

Chanderi

Chanderi Sarees are woven in the town called Chanderi located in Madhya Pradesh.  The Silk, Cotton & Silk Cotton Sarees that are produced in this weaving district are embellished with zari work and renowned for their sheer texture, light weight and semi-transparent glossy look


The Chanderi Sari has also been immortalized by the renowned artist Raja Ravi Varma.  He had used Chanderi extensively in his paintings.
